The XGC15000A crawler crane has become the core lifting equipment for strategic mountainous wind power projects
in Europe, demonstrating the robust strength of Chinese intelligent manufacturing with its exceptional performance.

Facing the unique complex terrain and severe climatic challenges of European mountainous wind power projects, the
XGC15000A has showcased outstanding environmental adaptability and operational versatility. The project site is
located in a rolling mountainous region with rugged terrain and highly variable wind speeds. Lifting operations faced
multiple challenges, including confined working spaces and complex ground-bearing capacities.
Equipped with a powerful drive system, flexible crawler traveling gear, and an advanced intelligent control system, the
XGC15000A achieved stable movement and precise positioning across the uneven construction site. It successfully
supported the lifting of a total of 25 large-capacity wind turbine units throughout the entire project, ensuring the
construction schedule progressed as planned.
In terms of lifting precision, the XGC15000A performed particularly remarkably. The wind turbine units used in this
project are large in scale, featuring rotor diameters of up to 172 meters and tower heights of 115 meters. The alignment
accuracy required for the installation of such oversized components at height is extremely demanding — any slight
deviation could affect the long-term reliability and efficiency of the turbine units.
Leveraging its hydraulic control system with excellent micro-motion performance and an intelligent load regulation
system, the crane achieved millimeter-level precision control under heavy-load conditions. It successfully completed
the high-altitude alignment between the rotor and the tower, ensuring the complete installation and system reliability
of the wind turbine structure, thereby effectively driving the achievement of the project's overall 150 MW installed
capacity target.
As a representative example of Chinese high-end engineering equipment going global, the successful application of
the XGC15000A in this project not only provided key technical equipment support for local clean energy construction
but also earned recognition from the European market for Chinese manufacturing technology and quality systems
through its actual performance.
This project has further deepened China-Europe cooperation in the field of new energy infrastructure construction,
laid a solid foundation for Chinese equipment manufacturers to continue expanding into European and other premium
global markets, and once again confirmed that the company possesses significant core competitiveness and systematic
solution capabilities in high-end engineering fields such as wind power lifting and large-scale infrastructure construction.
